Chicken fights

I want to start the first chicken fight in a couple of week's time, but obviously need to give plenty of notice so that people can bond/train their birds. However, I am wondering what a good day of week and time for the event would be. Any suggestions?

Me tamed a greater chicken with fizzle hopefully it will bond by the time i get back from my 2 week army training!  then we will see how much time i have to train it.  I hope i get back in time for the chicken fight!

Chicken fighting is right up my ally! I can beat the hell out of a chicken 1 vs 1.



Ummm how much taming do you need to tame a chicken?

I tamed one with a human character and 0 tame 0 lore.  hehe tamed it on my archer!

Chicken fight is set for Tuesday, 12th August at 9pm Eastern.

I will try to obtain one. How exactly do I train it?

From the Hunter's Guide, the suggestion is to train on sheep, then cows, then hinds, then lamas, then great hinds, then white wolfs, then Bulls.

Try and get a greater chicken. They can be found in the Jhelom pens (use the north-west teleporter in the main part of Jhelom.

just to reply here, i would like to clarify a few things. me and linz were in fact talkin about doin a cock fight on siege, and we were aware you guys had talked about it. i actually came to the gilfane boards and in the 9th aniversary thread no new posts had been made as far as i could see in over a month. so we start talking about putting on one and training our chickens up and very next morning theres a post on stratics about it. we were joking with alli about being a spy but we thought maybe she had mentioned it and youd moved your plans ahead. either or no big deal and there wasnt any offense meant to her beyond playfull joking.....
