Zardoz of Crete aka Kimi aka Victoria Secret

I apologies for not posting something about the contest early but I seem to have caught some bug from the Grandkids and was in bed all day with nothing to eat except saltines and bottle water hugging my small trash can.  Kept me up most of the night with cramps and pain.

Thank you for the information.
As a RL fisherman, I have been looking forward to this in-game contest.

I put on my new " Fisherman's suit" grabbed up some bait and hit the water at daybreak this morning.

My bait must be old or I'm not holding my mouth right, because I have burned through 300 'Giant Samurai Bait" and nary a nibble.]

I did catch a lot of Giant Koi, one that weighed in at 178 lb.
I must be doing this Tokuno / Samurai fishing wrong somehow.
Maybe they will bite better tonight after the sun goes down?

I guess I be what they call a legendary fisherman.

ii, Is it ok for me to dock in your boat ramp?

Sure - no problem!

Sarah

Ray caught a Koi weighing 188 stones and a Giant Samurai weighing 56 stones. The samurai wasn't very big but he was happy to get that. He burned through over 600 bait. Both were caught on March 1st. I think the fish got word of what we are doing...they are hiding now.

My biggest fish so far is a 178 stone Koi, so I still need to work on that.

After running through all my Samurai bait with no luck, I did manage to catch a 92 stone Giant Samurai while using Golden Tuna bait.  ; )

Does anyone know when or where the weigh in spot is?

Humm...Time now to bundle up and try to find a spot in ice to fish.

Sara Dale

Turn in for the fishes is the em hall outside of Brit.  There is a mail box in the back north corner.  Looks like your 92 stone Samurai beat my 90 stone one.  I have pulled up a 191 stone Koi so far.

Lets try the fel waters next.

PS  don't forget I have fishing poles and bait in the loot house for anyone to use.  The poles on the left are the exceptional ones.

Thanks Victim, that was a great idea / spot.
I caught a 120 stone Winter Dragonfish there, does any one have one bigger?

Victim

you are welcome, that spot is really tough to fish at times, but it is the best one usually.

I keep catching minnows (except for 1 big fish)

Sarah

Ray was in terathan keep Saturday morning and caught a 182 stone Dungeon Pike. He was proud as punch! He left to turn it in and passed his bait off to Sara Dale.

Leprechaun

Congratulations, nice catch!
I was beginning to think the Dungeon Pike was just a myth.
I have spent a great deal of time down there and never even caught a glimpse of one.
