It has been posted several times on UO Guide that luck plays a large part on getting drops.  I'm going to add luck to my suits and see what happens.  I have never gotten a drop there, so I'm hoping it helps.  Leaving luck off Carrick as a control person.

Okay, thanks for pointing it out. We will try and monitor the drop rate for a while. It is unusual for drops to be affected by luck and I think only Doom does that, which uses a special system. And the other thing that Kyronix said according to UOGuide is not accurate: you do not need to do anything whatsoever to have the same drop chance as anyone else.

back on chessy a guildie and i used to do mel runs.  we would stay in party after the kill and one of us would don a luck suit before popping the corpse.  we found it helped as we would usually pull a hair dye at least and a crimmy at best. 

worth a shot as we roll on the loot anyway.
