Trees and desolation

Hoffs,  Since the snow is gone now and when I reloaded uo the trees are bare.  I cant remember how to turn the leaves back on.     Did you have posted somewhere to turn them on?

You need to edit the UO.cfg file for each of your characters (use Notepad). These are stored in the same folder that has their macros, probably in Documents/EA Games/etc...

Change the following two entries:

TreeCanopies=on
Desolation=off

Save and then restart the client.

Thanks   ours was in my documents this time since we changed to windows 7.  But we found it and I have leaves now.

Holy crap. You can have leaves on the trees?

Sure can and you can get rid of all those tomb stones and twigs you keep tripping over.
