My vendor is located due north once you pass over the east umbra bridge.  There are two vendors present and they are both named Pirate Roberts, wearing a wonderful shade of red platemail armor.  The mana orbs are not for sale to guild or alliance members.  I think I have one on my vendor now, I'll pull it if it's still there and hold on to it until we meet.

You just let me know if you need another.  I'm frequently digging up maps, usually about 10 or more a day.  I'll start to hold on to the higher value ones as I come across them in anticipation for group needs.
