Speaking of which, what time would be good for the event? I want to make it a sometime between Mon 17th Dec and Thurs 20th Dec inclusive. What days and times could people make? Assume a running time of 60-90 minutes.

Wednesday would be the day that I could most likely make it, depending on the time.

Monday 17 would be good for me,  I pick up a friends daughter from school Mondays and Tues,and there is no school Monday,  or anytime the rest of the week.

Tuesday or Wednesday would be best for me.

Monday and Thursday might work as well depending on which time it´s held.
