My Keep Needs and owner

Well as most of the keep is cleaned out, it needs a new home. For those who dont know where I live, its the vesper keep, to the SW of town. The corner is in the guard zone. My sub runs out this weekend (i assume since next billing was the 7th). So id like to get it xfered to someone, so it doesnt fall, and fall into someones hands who doesnt need it, and just wants to sell it for a profit.

So let myself know who needs a keep, or would use one. If not ill drop it.
