Trouble with UOGAMECODES

My attempt to re-activate my account failed  so i m outta game at the moment.

ERROR: You cannot make a store purchase because the account you logged in with is too new. Accounts must be older than 30 days in order to purchase anything other than an account creation code or Game Time

Silly message is received when i try to buy gametime coupon or high seas expansion...indeed the account was created June 2005 and has been active continously but a few days/weeks.

Does anyone ever suffered similar problems at that shop ?

P.S. I did a request that i failed to buy a gametime code from online store to re-open my account. In their very special/strange logic they(Marco) answered:

Thank you for contacting Electronic Arts !! I ran a search on the account 'XXXXXX' which is currently deactivated. You first need to subscribe the account by reactivating the account and then only you would be able to make purchase through http://upgamecode.com

Do you have another account that is active?
