Well, havent decided whether to sell or not. Just wondering. Im getting burnt out on UO. I took a 2 month break 2 months ago. And I feel im ready for another. I find most times im online im bored. Or just training things. So im gonna slow down game time, and see what happens. But would like to know of a ballpark value of what I have, incase I decide to leave.

Az, if you're bored why not call some guildies and do something with them, or perhaps you already do this and are bored with that as well?

We all get burned out at times but selling up would be a bit much just yet, you came back once before so it's likely you'll want to return again. Just let your accounts go inactive and you'll have a couple of months to think about it before you'd need to activate again, plus you'd still have your houses doing it this way.

Same here. I'm real close to selling everything off and moving on. Instead of a new computer I bought an x box and a flat screen. ^^

Its just too bad Xbox live sucks.

Lets get together, I can do a couple nights a week for mage PvP. Maybe get speedy and tiger. Im on call 24/7 so some nights I might get pulled to go to work, but we can sort something out, and go kill MD, SP!, and maybe TnT if we get ali (since they are gonna stealth like buggers)

Oh I got an xbox 360 60gb, and a 60gb PS3 (launch PS3). I have a ton of games for them. But I just dont get a good feel for xbox live. I tried a few of the games, and its just not the same PvP feel. I find that any of the games are just luck. I can shoot someone 3 times square in the face in Halo, or GoWI/II, and it dont matter. I could get shot once in the foot and die. The only game I found I really liked for realism and actual skill needed was counter-strike. Everything else has HPR, etc. And spray and pray

In another gaming thread someone threw there N64 out a 3 story window and 3 days later reclaimed it and it still worked.
From what I have read the new consoles suffer from "red ring" and break under normal conditions.

Look people My damn Attari still works with over 20 years of play! Yes I have had to replace the joysticks but ...

Simple. They want performance, they want lower build costs. This means they put tighter tolerences on parts, and thus more likely to fail.

Now Im an electrician, and Ill shed some light on why old consoles lasted and new ones dont. The new consoles are not built with over kill. Your house is.

Take a #14 gauge wire, which is what is in your home going to plugs. It is rated by code (canada) for 20A when in free air alone (or with spacing as per code), or 15A when part of a cable. Yet Mythbusters tested it, and a single wire #14 gauge, and it held 82A before the insulation burned off. With that said, i think in a cable it could hold 60A no prob.

Do you think they build these consoles etc so small, and with such tight tolerences that it could hold 3-4x what everything is rated for? If it did, they wouldnt break. But with smaller parts, smaller electronics, and smaller trace on circuit boards, and jamming heat producing parts into a small box, each effect eachother. Its gonna fail

I just tried that for the first time Saturday night!  I got an 83 on my bass, and four 100s for singing!

It was so fun!  It was at a friend's house, so you can bet we will be going over there again soon, LOL!
