That´s all I need to know to never make business with Diablo. If you can´t honor a deal, you´ve got nothing. Even Masumatek, a known red PK, honored his deals...

It really don't matter he's still guilded.So it's obvious sprago of eye for an eye don't care or the tnt fighting side by side with him being a scammer.

I did quite a few deals, he was my first problem.

Just write the weapon off as a lesson learned. Always (!) use a vendor and if reds can´t buy from them (not sure on this) then do the trade in a GZ town.

Reds can buy of player vendors, just not NPC vendors.
