Sorry to anyone that had been trying to message me over the past week or so. I had installed Pidgin to try and escape the dreadful new version of ICQ but it seems that many messages just weren't being delivered. Having reinstalled ICQ there was a pile waiting for me.

I just downloaded trillian myself because I hate the dreadful new icq.  Hoping it works well.

I switched to Trillian.  I am very happy with it.  The new version of ICQ made me switch, and many friends recommended Trillian.  I did do the one year paid version, but lots of folks just use the free version.  I removed icq completely from my computer so those horrible full screen messages that covered my entire monitor screen no longer plague me and get me killed when I cannot see the game screen.

I have to say, have been using Trillian all day and am quite pleased.

me to, when win 10 upgraded my ICQ It was a mess for me with that HUGE thing on my screen, I had Trillian and removed icq from my PC
