Heh yeah, and fetid essences all over the place. Couldn´t find a spot to res pet nor players... 

But we stood our ground (even though I wanted a re-group  ) and eventually we were victorious!

Yes faction monster ignore saved the day on that one.

I think we could probably get good at doing this spawn, the same way we improved so much doing that stupid Tokuno spawn during ToT.  I didn't get squat but I was just ev'ing provoking and trying not to die, which wasn't working out so well towards the end.

I would assume you don't get anything from this spawn except the chance of a replica.
