The auction on March 4th affords this rare opportunity to acquire a superb plot in Siege's most exclusive commercial and residential district. New Magincia plot number SW4 is one of the prime spots ion the island with handy access to the moongate and ship docking space on the shoreline for non-magery gating to your house.

These do not become available often, so don't miss out! If you are unable to attend, remember that as with all lots you can send in a confidential commission bid and the auctioneer will bid on your behalf to a maximum of the specified amount.




Terms of sale:

At the end of the auction, the winning bidder (unless they are able to purchase straight away) will be required to make an immediate down payment of 10m to the auction house. They will then be given up to a week to obtain the balance and complete the sale with the vendor. Failure to finalize the trade on time will result in forfeiture of the deposit, and the underbidder will then be invited to obtain the property by paying the balance owed. The down payment will be passed on to the vendor upon completion, or returned to the buyer if for any reason the sale does not go ahead through no fault of their own.

* Lot #25 designation is provisional and could be changed in the final auction listing.

I dropped some items for the auction in the citadel mailbox. Don't have to put them all in the March auction. Need advise for one of them...minimum price....you will be surprised I am selling it. Let me know if any are worthless. I will take them back.
