A Formal Request from the Lorian Colony of Sactym Ex to join the White Council

Hail and Well Met esteemed guilds and members of the White Council,

  The fledgling Lorian Colony of Sanctym Ex wishes to establish diplomatic ties with the White Council for the purposes of mutual protection, trade and furthering the goals of Virtue.  The Quest to travel to your land and establish a Colony (in a neutral and unoccupied location so as not to displace or infringe upon any existing governments, kingdoms or territories) was sanctioned by the Royal Council of Lore nearly twelve years ago.

As Royal Ambassador of Loria, my mission was to scout the land, take survey of its people, learn of the various cultures and establish connections with governments that both support our goals of Virtue and protection of Sosaria and its people as well as take note of the guilds, groups and organizations that wish to inflict harm to the good and virtuous.

  A somewhat stable gate has been established between our lands and the plans for the Colony are finally underway.  Our Lord has recently arrived (in a somewhat weakened state as all who travel through here as a by product of the magical transport to this land) and I have been authorized to meet establish diplomatic ties between our colony and the good and virtuous guilds and governments of Sosaria.
 
  I look forward to meeting with the White Council and answering any questions you may have about our Colony, our intentions and the Kingdom we originate.
