I wondered what happened to yu lil Chumlee !

Unfortunately EA shut down my QZ acct.prematurely, and in my angst
I collapsed my Miranda house and basically left UO on all 4 accts. and left clustermuck of EA billing
behind me. But I did miss u lil vile one.

aye Chumlee, somewhat prematurely, but yeh basically gone.

When they closed the Queen Zen acct. which still had 3 wks. time PAID for left to play,
I knew 3 of my EA UO accts. are billed simultaneously, for 90 days per.
Figured sooner or later due to my NOT migrating and cc. expiring in Aug. that 2 more would be shut down too.
But those are STILL ACTIVE ! Go figure. I log em all in all 4 of my accts. and 3 are STILL GOING. Which further tells me they shut off Queen Zen acct. too soon.

Then I got my cc. bill last week, and ONE of my 4 accts. is now paid up *non migrated* for another 90 days, but EA just babbles a long number at us on our cc. cards statements, not any acct.name, so no clue which of my 4 accts. is now billed for another 90 days. But since they shut QZ down TOO SOON ie EA in theory owes me 3 wks playing time, I do not even trust the new billing I DID get, as to keeping the acct. the have rebilled for another 90 days.. OPEN. Since my 4th acct. was always billed *alone* I am figuring it is that acct. that may go another 90 days...in theory.

Now Dropixel and myriads of others have offered to help me go thru the migration mess, but even there,
as we see on Stratics in the sticky thread...'ongoing issues with EA's new acct. migration billing system !!'

Basically we should not have had tons of players, having to walk the EA UO customers THRU that mess,
nor should it still be so detailed step 1 step 90000 glitchy nearly 1 yr. after they inititated it.

My comments to Dropixel on Stratics were polite, and I have thanked him for his offering to help, but basically told him 'when' the new acct. system [is glitch free], perhaps all 4 of my UO accts. will migrate and continue to pay them to play UO. I love the game, have played it nonstop x 4 accts. for 14.6 yrs. UO will always remain the most special ever made, but seriously EA needs to 'get their act together' for
UO. You do NOT mess with customers MONEY, time paid for,  nor make it so difficult to GIVE them your cash either !
Customer services should be job one, made easy for customers to get help sussessfully or we lose customers.

And my last comments on Stratics to any official EA peeps, were to ask them try to help Siege, because EA got my rl money 8 extra years, or I would have left UO back in 2004, but I went to try Siege, the last stopping off shard, for many a UO customer to me, is SIEGE. It needs love, and if EA recognises that even of ONE customer paid them 8 yrs. more of money, to remain in UO due to playing SIEGE PERILOUS, it is worth their effort to recognise Siege as worth paying attention to as one of their shards.  

And yes also mentioned if the dev. team makes 14-15 yr or even 10 yr. vet rewards do not make em for ONLY all the other shards customers to the [exclusion of Siege customers vets. ]I can claim the 14 yr. shard shield ONLY on Chessy...and yeh that ticked me OFF too equality is not that hard to DEVELOP for their loyal long time even short time vet customer base.

AS I knew my time was gonna run out, I had two *dark* robes to give to *vile OS guys*
St. Dismas, already got one of my shrouds. I did look for you to giveya my *monks robe* but ;( I could not find ya.  Now I do not even know which acct. still had that robe banked up...prob on the EA closed it too soon acct. of QZ in her bank. I ALSO had hopped t get all my campions off the house, to give to Sara and her family to maybe sell on GIL vendors but that didn't happen cuz QZ was holding many of my plants.When they prematurely shut down QZ I collapsed Miranda's Siege home in a panic, and poor QZ of Siege, EA shut down, is stuck where, my house WAS.
And my Queen Zen the orig 1998 chr. on Ches. well her house is gonna fall, nice 18 x 14 up against the Zento wall, but with 24+ chrs. there, 3 accts. of my 4 still active 'atm', I was able to totally nearly empty it out, and stuff stuffs, on all the OTHER chrs. and logged em all out a an inn till EA shuts em all down. Also were my Siege chrs. logged out too, at an Inn 'cept QZ of Siege stuck in middle of nowhere where Mir's house WAS.

*least all my 80+ parrots got saved ! they are banked !
