chat support help.....

i orderd a 180 GTC at the Gametime store and payed with KK. got a order id and that i should get an email with the GTC... waited two days no mail... and yes i looked at the spam folder too.
thought... well i go and talk to someone at the chat support - category billing/purchase
i waited 1 hour 17 minutes ... had to go to the bathroom thought no problem am on place 327,    was gone 2 minutes came back chat closed because the support guy thought after saying hello and no response came from me that i left and closed the window .... i thought ... well bed timing i try it again... waited 2 hours and 7 minutes:

here my conversation:

i am really amazed how helpfull their supportteam ist.... extremly competent, friendly and hmm how should i say ... and how zealous to please their customers!

Hope you get it resolved soon.  Sucks that they have different numbers for players who can speak English but live in another country.

sorry i didn't update the whole thing.
after a week i could solve the problem... got my codes! YEAHHHH

i wrote 4 mails to EA .... got an answer to every single one of my mails.... after a month *giggles*
seriously .... i got an answer to each of my mails a month after i wrote them asking me if the problem is solved or if i still need assistance *grins*
thats real funny isn't it?
wrote them yes i solved the problem but there is still no working phone number for austria support.... well i will see in a month what they write back *smirks*

Yesterday I got an e-mail from them about a page I made in July(!) so yeah, fastest costumer service on planet Earth heh.  ;D

I´m glad to hear you got your problems solved though.
