OT: Need a new stereo, audiophiles please help

OK,

I need a new shelf stereo system for my studio. For those that don't know, I teach music lessons at home.

It must have the following:

iPod dock
CD
FM
Auxillary RCA input

Enough wattage to be heard over my saxophone playing at 108db

My eyes are getting tired of searching through Amazon and the like, It needs to be less than $300 preferably.

Any suggestions?

You may have to re-splice some of the wires, which were, of course, damaged in shipping.
