Drop rate for tot's

Did they reduce this in the last day or so? Or do I just have rotten luck.

I've had long stretches with no drop as well. . .then it changes. . .I blame the RNG

uhmmm I did the two lvls at the tok spawn yesterday and got 4 tots and thats about average for me....
