UOAssist Macros

I spent a couple of hours last night relearning and building some casting macros and today discovered they were gone. Does anyone know if this is related to the patch and is there a way to recover them?

It could be due to the patch. . .That happens sometimes and you'd have to wait for an update from UOA.

This is how i retrieve my macros if they are lost after a patch: (i got this from an old stratics post. I'll type it word for word. If its easy enough for me to figure out, anyone can do it hehe)

Log off of UO completely, closing out client and all.

Go into the directory where UOA is installed and get into the UOA Setting folder. Most commonly its the C:\Program Files\UOassist\UOA-Settings\path.

Inside this path you will find folders of all of your account names.
Choose the one you are trying to fix. Once you find the folder with your acount name you will notice a folder there with your character name. Leave this folder.

You will also see  a folder with your shard name. Get into that directory by double clicking the folder. The path will look like this:

C:\Program Files\UOassist\UOA-Settings\[your account name]\Siege Perilous

Find your character name, right click the folder with your character name and select "Copy".

Hit the back button until you get into the root account path (looks like this):

C:\Program Files\UOAssist\UOA-Settings\[your account name]

Right click, select "paste". When asked to overwrite existing folder with same name, click "Yes to all".

Log back into UO, hitting OK on the date stream message (if it even comes up). Macro's will be there.

Hope this helps. Credit goes to whomever posted it awhile back. I've done this method many, many times and never one problem and always gets my macros back.
