An easy way to move it would be to single ck it and reloate container.   If to a different floor sometimes if it shows up with control/shift it can be moved that way.

For all you new players out there if you happen to loose your account or want to change email here is what you need to do.  Write all your information down and keep it in a safe place. You will need:
Account names
Secret word
Emails used
Full name
Date of birth
Phone number
City State and country
Last 4 didgets of credit card used and type
Full name on card
Key codes redeamed
Account creation
Account closed or last log in date
Any other helpful information

Since my husband had been sick and hadnt logged onto his email for 6 months XFinity counceled it.  Cant get it back because we dont have and XFinity account. 
His account was created years ago so we dont know the date. Some information we know but not others.  So be sure you write down all the information and save it.
