there is no recepie for the head, you collect them by killing automatons or doing the chests down in the new dungeon.
If you need some, Watcher did enough chests to supply the whole shard with heads ;)
How many do you need?
oops I guess I meant the tinker recipe to make the automation ie put it all together.
