That might be a problem because the time difference. Right now i have 11:10 am. You have about 2:10 am. I will try to be online when you have morning. If iam not, iam probably sleeping. My ingame name is the same as here.

Leave it in the special order box in the loot house.  Its on the back wall the tan box. 

Ive noticed its been getting a lot of stuff in there.  If something has been left for anyone please take it out.

Left a Tinkering SOA at the loot house special order box. Enjoy!
