Title: Buying Green
Post by: Tazar on February 26, 2014, 01:23:19 AM
Buying Large quantities of the hunter-green bod-cloth (40,000 or so...  lol) and bulk hedges (short and tall) and bulk vines (flat wall type from whipping vines and the newer from t-maps).

(Ok...  so my OCD is showing...)  Let me know what you have and what price you'd like.

 ;)
Is it your intent to create the largest tent in UO with hedges in place around the perimeter to keep the bad guys from sneaking in under the flaps? But the vines...hmmm... Oh I know, you're going to pile them on the top of the tent for camouflage ....

40,000?!?! I think I have around 20k of each of the greens saved from IDOCs, although quite a bit more than that has been converted to normal cloth. My crystal ball had evidently never forseen the arrival of this Tazar character.

Anyway, I'm not exactly sure which of them is Hunter's Green. Is it the darkest one?

I think it is the darkest green... it's the one that looks closest to the "Natural Grass" color.  I use it in the houses as a base layer for a garden above when I do goza-floor areas, etc.

Just let me know what you want for it and I'll take it all.   :)

Put a deed in The Fortress mailbox together with some literature about the support group known as Textile Users Anonymous, which I urge you to read. No charge for the cloth if you promise to attend at least one meeting.

Thanks Hoffs.  I was able to complete that part of 4 houses last night and have some left over to start a 5th.  The Iantown area project is under-way (slowly).

and sorry...  I guess Flair was a little hungry as the "Textile Users" literature seems to have disappeared.

I am just getting started so there is a long way to go - but they are in Malas in the old Iantown Area along the west shore of the lake.  They are "Public", but you'd need to be accessed to get past the entrances.  Holler if you see me online some time and I'll gladly give you a tour.
