i am building an archer/bowcrafter but after been killed a few times i decided to put bowcraft on a stone and trying to build an archer that can mean something in pvp
after reading the post of wolfman it seems that necromancer was the way to go my skills for now are
anatomy:103
archery:115 (with jewels)
bushido:100 (with jewel)
focus:87+
healing:78+ yeah low due to kiting hehe
magery 60 and locked just to gate around
resist is pathetic:53 lol
tactics:88.6
my question is should i take chivalry for more healing and damage or necro ? and wich skills raise to 120 and wich can stay at 100 ?

Ok for a basic setup with your skills:
120 Archery
120 Resist
120 Bushido
90tactics
90 Anatomy
90 Healing
since you want that 60 magery there are only 30 left for focus (too low)...why dont you carry two jewels with +13magery which you put on in case you want to gate...that would give you a little more focus....
this i will go with:120 archery
120 resist
120 bushido
100 tactics
100 anatomy
100 healing
65 focus or chiv?
no magery
or with the hunter's headdres 100 archery and 105 focus
I would not go with the Hunters-Headdress on a template that is not crowded like yours...simple reason: Much better options out there without relying on a specific item that you must wear to compete.
If you are looking for those extra points: 90 in the mentioned skills is enough...for PvP purposes in any case. Agreed 100 tactics gives a nice damage bonus so I could go with that, but the difference between 90 anatomy and 90 healing to GM is not decisive.
Your chiv focus question: Depends what you want....you gonna try to build a 4/6 caster/dexer suit? Then Chivalry is a vey good option in PvP....but also mana regen on the suit? Then it already get too crowded what you need from your suit to compete for longer times....Focus gives you that regeneration over time which will help you in longer fights.....if you are looking just PvM ...then Chivalry 100%....

It would be 80.....and yes I think that is a good possibility to be a good single damage dealer with the right bow and a decent PvP template with the right suit

i was thinking -3 str and -7 int

You need max Swing speed...and with that very high dex! You need to aim for 180+stamina if not 210stam since you are "just" an archer and no combo template. I will advice you on suitbuilding if you want....but not in public!

would it be better to take that down or does that would change anything?
