since the dungeons on siege are not quite the same as on other shards i would like to know where to go to get my resist up

You might wanna try by the reapers/imps at justice shrine (ilshenar) - and bring bandages :)

Just cast feeblemind , clumsy and weaken on yourself in your house. Cast protection to get -34 before you start.
