Title: Where is to buy High Seas booster pack?

Some people talked about there are several online-shops where is booster pack selling for 2$. Is it true? Anyone have experience with buying booster pack from outsider internet-shop (not EA shop, where booster is for 15$)?

Only places I could think of are the shady RMT sites. But even for those 2$ sounds low...

hm// I readed what EA made promotion of HS addon and it was selled in several palces very cheap.. Donno :)
