So of course, I have been reading all of the news regarding the demise of the daily skill gain cap. And there is talk about it happening "in the next publish." Does anyone know:
- Are they talking about the current publish, which is, so far, only on Origins? Or are they talking about the publish after that one?
- If they *are* talking about the publish which is currently on Origins, do we have any idea when it will go out to all shards?
Inquiring new-characters-trying-to-raise-skills would just love to know if anyone has any idea how long the wait will be.

It will be with the publish currently only on Origins. Most publishes would have made it to all shards by now, so they must be wanting to ensure that everything is running smoothly this time. I would expect it by the end of the week at the very latest.
