Piper at the GIL market sells potion kegs. Baskets of 5 for 2500 each. The shop name is Keggers and Coops.

I got maybe 20-30 kegs you can have. Not sure when ill be back in game. But I can try to log in tomorrow night, or sometimes tuesday (i dont think i work tue)

Even if you can´t meet up with Kael for a trade if you log in you can always lock them down in the loot house or my Makoto vendor house and I or Sara can release them and give to Kael...
